I have had an outstanding experience! Twice in less than 2 weeks, both times out of hours. Needless to say RSPCA were uncontactable yet this fantastic charity ran by volunteers travelled all the way from Sunderland to Chester le street to rescue 12 newborn baby rats and a baby cat that both wanted to use my home as a hideout. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them, I don’t know what I would have done without them!
