Bertie is an adorable lop who is looking for a very special home!

Bertie is 10 months old and is neutered and vaccinated. He has stunning markings and really is very cute. After quite a bit of investigation we now know that Bertie has an enlarged heart, something we haven't seen in a rabbit before. We have tried some medication designed to ease any pressure there may be but we found he was very much still Bertie and they didn't have much of an impact. Bertie is on the whole, a very happy bunny, he constantly does amazing binkies and runs about and wiggles his gorgeous bum. It is unknown whether Bertie could have a year of a magnificent life or years and years but we certainly feel it is only fair to give him a chance at life as he is so happy. He will occasinally take a second to himself and we think this is his way of letting himself catch up on himself but he loves to have lots of space and run about like a bit of looney. We understand that Bertie would need some very understanding new owners and that we can't guarantee the future for Bertie but we do know that being in Bertie's company is very rewarding and really quite funny!
