Penny has spent her whole life in a very isolated and small environment. She hasn't been shown a nice life and as a result she is a very shy girl. She is going to need a home where her new owners are happy to be patient and let her find her feet (paws!) in her own time. We think Penny will really benefit from company and perhaps a confident male will help her to learn to trust us humans a little more than she does currently. She is very settled in her foster home as she has been allowed to approach when she feels brave and then hide when she needs to hide.
